Love the quality and the comfort. It feels like walking on cushion.Although, I had to return the size 7 which is my usual size in boots as it was too tight at the ankle. I couldn't get in.The size 8 works for me. It is feels larger for my feet but not loose and with socks it feels very comfy.Overall I like the boots. just be aware the smaller the size the tighter it is at the ankle.
Boot pull up straps broke just a month after wearing. Unable to return product. Comfortable shoes, cannot recommend after only 30 days of occasional wear.
Very cute. I think the neoprene upper sock p is a plus and will help keep my feet dry. They are roomy enough to wear thick socks.
Update: After following up several times on chat, amazon has agreed to offer me a return. While the product was still not well made for the price, I'm thankful amazon finally offered a fair solution.-----Original review: So disappointed in customer service. Unwilling to help even though the product was clearly defective.Bought the boot to leave at our cabin. The third day of our vacation the neoprene ripped while trying to use the tab to pull them on. It was outside the return window so even though I had only worn them less than one week they denied my request for a refund or exchange. Extremely frusterated that I've just wasted $60 on this junk. Amazon said I had to reach out to the manufacturer to get a warranty but the manufacturer says they are sold out and can't send me a new pair. I never leave negative reviews but I'm just so frusterated that no one is willing to provide me customer service for this defective product. If amazon reaches out and provides a solution I'll be more than happy to edit my review.
Ordered a size bigger they fit perfect
This is my second pair. The first pair held together great, the latest pair I purchased started to become detached from the sole within a month. I’m assuming the glue was changed. I would not recommend or purchase in the future
well made, memory foam insoles are very very comfortable. However, one problem was that the ankle area fits loose (never had this issue with other shoes), which makes it a bit difficult to walk in.
