Been wearing flat huaraches for 60 years. Aware through experience that good leather stretches and molds to your foot, not unlike a good pair of cowboy boots. I usually wear a size 8 1/2 or 9 and ordered an 8. Perfect fit, perhaps even roomy when it stretches. Little splash of color makes them more versatile. Stripe color in sole matches the color of the leather. Was a little worried from the advertized picture that it was reddish but it looks fine. Very ridid sole but walks easily. Good value for the price. Update- order 2 sizes down. Very roomy and heel slips out when walking. Got a Dr. Scholls nonslip heel insert. Did the trick

Read the description-runs quite large

How large could it possibly be? Well with wool socks on and and a wool insert insole, looked horrible and the shoe was still too big. I never return anything but returned these and ordered a full size smaller. Vanity sizing in shoes I guess.
