If you are diabetic and you have neuropathy, (I have it bad), then you should try these shoes. I got mine in 9W. Wide looking, even frankensteinish looking in a way, but.... I have to think of my feet, not fashion. They are well cushioned and super comfortable. So..... Do yourself, and your feet, a huge huge favor and buy these. Believe me, your feet will thank you for it.

I am a member of Amazon's Vine Program so I received these shoes for free. However, my opinions/reviews are honest as I still believe in integrity.I ordered these shoes for my husband who has neuropathy in his feet. That condition makes his feet either very painful or he has very little to no feeling in his feet. Because of the neuropathy his balance isn't so great anymore either so he needs a sturdy but comfortable shoe that's easy for him to step into with a good fit.These shoes ticked all the boxes for him. The toe box is roomy so he can wiggle his toes comfortably and that area of the shoe no longer feels tight at the end of the day for him. He wears a 9.5 "B" shoe, usually. He says they're easy to slip into and they have a hard rubber tab at the back to hold while he places his foot into the shoe. That little tab makes a HUGE difference for him! Other slip on shoes that he owns either have a little "courtesy" tab that often slip into the back of the shoe when he slides his foot in or they have no tab at all. Consequently, the backs of those shoes end up in the inside of the shoe (if they have said tab) or the shoes without a tab just sort of collapse into the shoe and he has to grab a shoehorn to get his foot in.He says the arch support is great and that support seems to help his entire leg. He says he doesn't feel as tired at the end of the day and he is inclined to walk a little more. He also mentioned that he wished these shoes came in a slipper version!So these shoes are on the list for future purchases and I'm truly happy that the shoes are helping him experience a greater desire to walk more and that they have helped mitigate his pain level. My husband is a bit older than me and he's at that stage of his life where EVERYTHING has to be easy and require little effort. Yeah, it gets on my nerves sometimes so if there's an area where I can help make his life easier then I'm down with the challenge.I would encourage anyone suffering from neuropathy to order these shoes and see if you experience the same kind of relief that my husband has been enjoying. They have made him happier and as a consequence, my life has been happier too. I'm VERY grateful!
I got these shoes for my son. He has wide feet, and these shoes fit perfectly. They're slip on shoes, and they have a plastic piece on the back of the ankle to aid with putting them on and taking them off. The top of the shoe has a breathable, lightweight, stretchy fabric. There is a cushioned insole inside the shoe, but it isn't glued down. Hopefully there won’t be a problem with it moving around inside the shoe.
