Great boots
My husband works where he has to wear black steel toed shoes. He could not find a pair that could he could fit as he wears anything from a 13 to 14 depending on the brand. Hes coworker was talking about the shoes he has and loves and directed my husband to this pair. Since they need to be black, they used a black shoe polish and are both very happy with these boots. They say they are very comfortable. They are beautiful boots. I loved them brown best, but they really do look good black as well. The quality is very impressive. These boots were made to last, but when we do eventually need a new pair, itll be so noce not to find something in his size. We can just can re order now.

Great for the price
Never thought I would like pull on boots. Growing up in Boy Scouts backpacking I always had laced hiking boots. As I recently switched professions from culinary to state park conservation (ground maintenance forman) I found my self needing some different footwear accommodations. I bought a pair of these. When they arrived I tried them on and was so stoked about the fit that I wore them to my second job ( barback/food runner/dishwasher) on a Friday night. Witch I would have never done with a new pair of laced hiking boots. I wore them all the time to either job. Ultimately it would be my poore posture and heal dragging when I walk that would eat threw the bottom. The day I found out they were no longer waterproof standing in less then a 1/4 inch of water I was so sad. I have since purchased another pair and another cheeper pull on wolverine. I have 3 pairs of boots now to rotate and accommodate different density of sock for the season at hand I'm outside all year in freezing or below temperatures in Jan Feb and in 90° with 90% humidity. The test now will be how long will these 3 pair of cheep boots last. The heal support didn't really breakin on my first pair so I'm not expecting this one to either. Wolverines!!!
Wolverines are by far the most comfortable boots on the market. I get a new pair of boots every year for work and have been through almost every reputable boot on the market. Here is what I have to say. I gave this boot a 4 star,why? The reflector and all the seams meet at the ankle and it took a solid week for it to loosen and not dig into my ankle. Other than that a solid boot. They have a composite toe which is required in an industry that works around electricity. One thing about wolverines that people complain about, the sole. If you put high miles on your boots, like me be prepared to switch out every year. The soles are soft which give these boots their comfort; however, they wear out. For me I prefer comfort and just get a new pair every year. Are these boots water proof? Is anything really water "proof". Like any boot or leather you have have have too treat them. I prefer mink oil but there is a lot of other products out there. I am often standing in water so I treat my boots about every 3 months or so. I can tell you I have stood in 7" of water for 5-10 min and came out with dry feet. Don't expect to take these or any other boot out of the box and go puddle jumping. Quality of these boots are top notch. I am often kneeling on different surfaces and the protected toe holds up very well. I would say if you got boots with stitching coming apart you got a bad pair and replace them with a new pair. I have never had wolverines boots come apart on me. I gave this a four star because I compared it to the five star Wolverine Corsair. If you are truly looking for an alternative to this boot. Try the corsair welt.

Best work boots EVER
These boots should be every construction workers go-to. These were the most comfortable work boots I ever owned. The inside has plenty of support, it's a bonus that you don't have to lace them up in the morning. I felt like I was walking on Pillows they were so comfortable. I have had them for a year and a half and unlike other work boots I have owned in the past, they didn't fall apart within the first 4 months. They are just now having some seam issues and its been a long time since I ordered them.I will be ordering a new pair soon and can't wait! Fits great! Bit hard to get on and off...
So these fit great, and I have been wearing them on construction sites without any issues. Very comfortable for new boots, but I do have some trouble getting them on and off due to a very tight neck. Not counting off for this as it will wear in, but it is kind of a hassle when they are new.

I'd say half inch to large but I made it work for me, I am on my feet 8 hours a day always on a concrete floor, my work is fast paced don't have time too spend on an uncomfortable boot, it took 4 weeks to break these boots in it was uncomfortable with pain. The inner sole is worthless I was in a CVS pharmacy store ran across a double sole that they sold, I usually use 2 soles for comfort, this sole was a life saver it made this boot a little more comfortable. It does not breath so your feet will sweat, these boots are best used in cold weather. They seem to be put together well, in my line of work the outer sole wears out fast 6 months tops, only time will tell if the price for these boots are worth it right now I'd say no because it took four weeks to get them half way comfortable, still working on it.............
