I was leery of ordering shoes online, especially dance shoes, where fit is so very important. I tried these on within moments of the package arrival, and I really like them. They fit perfectly true to size. I was also afraid that for the price, they might look cheap or cheesy - quite the contrary! They look like very nice party shoes. Just walking around the house, they feel comfortable (the heel is higher than what I normally wear but that's not the fault of the shoes, they'll just take a bit of getting used-to). I don't have a lot of experience with this type of shoe, here's what I like: more flexible than a character shoe, I like the color and style, they fit true to size, and I don't feel like they are rubbing or going to chafe anywhere.I find the flexibility means than the heels are less firm than, say, a character shoe that is designed for heel turns, so you are supporting more weight on the balls of your feet. That's generally a good thing for dancing, but if you're getting tired, it may increase the risk of a rolled ankle. Not a negative per se, just something to be aware of if you aren't used to it.

Sole is material not rubber/leather
The shoe fit great. I have a wide foot and it was what I was looking for. However, the bottom of the shoe is material. Just walking in my home, the felt like material picked up any lint or dust on the floor and I could feel the dividers in my tile floor. It was like walking in socks. There is no sole. Since I planned to wear the shoes outside, they will be returned.

Strap too low and loose for dancing
I bought my correct size and technically the shoe fit my foot. However the strap does not hold tightly enough to keep your foot snug to the shoe, making them useless for dancing
