First thing, is that these aren't sized right. I usually wear an 8.5 in most shoes, and so that's what I ordered these in. They are WAY too small (had this issue with their kids sizes as well). I was able to force my feet into them, but only just to see if it COULD fit over my foot. The toes got all sorts of scrunched up, and every bit of the shoe cut into my skin and squeezed my foot in a dozen awful ways. I could only pull the fabric up maybe halfway up my heels in the back, and it was easy to see that the elastic bands on top were starting to cut off circulation to my feet. The paddings on the bottom then, of course, did not line up with the heels/balls of my feet. I honestly don't know what size I should've tried ordering, but I'd guess I should've AT LEAST tried the 10, if not bigger. Beyond the horrible sizing issue, the shoes themselves didn't feel nice on the inside (like, touching it with my fingers, I'm not talking about fit here), and the fabric on the outside is VERY shiny, which I'm not a fan of. As for the non-slip grips on bottom? I really can't say. I wasn't able to test them out because of how much it hurt my feet to have them on.
