The shoe was cute and fit to size but the condition I received it was a disgrace. The shoes came in a plastic bag inside the shipping envelope bag, there was no box so you can imagine how the shoes looked, just as if a heavy box sat on them, squished the back of the heel. Not even wearable and not able to get back in shape. I would not buy these shoes knowing the way they were packaged for shipping.
Toes fall out of the gaps and the stitch doesn’t look professional at all. They’re also a shinier kind of pleather than the picture shows, making them very plastic-y rather than more natural like the color suggests. At a price point, you get what you get, but probably could find better at Walmart.
For the price you’d expect them to at lest come in a box. Arrived in very poor conditions. Unwearable. Definitely returning them.
The heel came apart after my first wear walking at the aquarium of the Pacific and the discomfort was neverending.
