Do not attempt to clean!

I have a wide foot and was looking for leather mules and these fit the bill. I love the neutral gray color. They are incredibly comfortable right out of the box! I would definitely purchase another pair and highly recommend!EDIT: 4/11/25 — I have a wide foot and was looking for leather mules. I love the neutral gray color. These shoes are incredibly comfortable right out of the box with no wearing in period! The footbed is comfortable and I did not end up with any blisters or any foot issues. I HIGHLY recommend!EDIT: 4/11/25 — I ordered my normal size and they were perfect! These shoes are lightweight and I was over the moon happy about my purchase! With that being said, somehow I ended up with a few dark points on one shoe (I have no idea what the spots came from?) so I purchased suede shoe cleaner with 3 different brushes and a microcloth cleaning cloth from Amazon. The kit had great ratings on Amazon and was $40 and change. That was an additional expense totaling close to $100 for these shoes. I was very paranoid about attempting to clean and seems my instinct was right. I wish I had never tried to clean 3 small black dots! I poured a teeny tiny amount on the shoe and started brushing with the softest brush in the kit. It did nothing, so I tried the medium bristle brush and brushed in different patterns. I repeated with the hardest bristle brush and the cloth and it did nothing. So, I have this great pair of suede shoes that I cannot wear because there is a heart shaped stain around the 3 dots which never came out. I would like to buy another pair for next Fall. I’m just not going to attempt to clean them! Very disappointing for the price of these very comfortable, lovely pair of shoes.

This shoe runs a bit big. The leather is so soft. I returned 2 different pairs. The first pair was my regular size and it was a tad too small, plus the backs fold over and get flattened. The second pair arrived damaged, the package was scored by a box opener and the shoes were flattened and wrinkled.

Sloppy

They need to get rid of the heel fabric. It’s not long enough to not step on it while walking and looks and feels sloppy. I literally just took this out of the box and it looked this worn and flimsy already. And I realize part of the appeal is a natural relaxed look but if it’s already starting off this sloppy, I don’t have a lot of confidence in the duration of these. The shoe felt soft and supportive but the heel fabric issue is a definite deal breaker
