Very light. Comfortable. I use these shoes to go to the pool, around the house and to run errands in. They look nice. Now, they do run wide although they are true to size. I'd buy another pair - maybe the black ones!
Very comfortable. The Velcro strap makes the fit even better for seniors whose feet and/or ankles periodically swell.
Perfect fit
The size is not true, I ordered a size10 and they sent me a 42. Or an 11about an inch too big. Cannot wear the shoes. I was going to use the shoe for a summer shoe.
Recommended size was accurate. Very lightweight, comfy for my wide foot. However Needs arch support inserts to be more supportive.
I wasn't sure what kind of shoe I was going to get when I ordered this light weight Mary Jane type shoe. For under $30, this shoe was very impressive. There was no breaking in time needed, even with removing the shoes insoles and replacing them with my orthotics. I especially like the wider toe bed. I have Morton's Neuroma and need a roomier toe area and ball area of the foot.. I did order up 1/2 size too, which helps my toes feel less confined and gives me the extra room I need. The first day I wore them I had to stand on my feet for hours, and I hardly knew I had them on. I also bought the grey pair and they had the same great fit. If I could want any improvement to the shoe it would be a thicker and more supportive insole with arch support. My feet are needy, so probably many people won't miss the features I suggested. I have purchased other pairs of Mary Jane style shoes (sneaker type) costing over $100/pr, and these CHOKNESS sneakers are equal to or better. I totally recommend this shoe! I also love the versatility of this shoe. I wear it to work and to church and just at home too. Expect to get compliments when you wear them. I have.
Update:These shoes have been a godsend. My mom gets so many compliments on them. Everyone wants to know where I got them and cant believe how cheap they were. They are accommodating her swollen ankle and foot from knee surgery. They are easy to put on and adjust for comfort. Best $22 we spent.Original:My mom is having knee surgery in 2 weeks, we needed an easy shoe to put on and take off for rehab. This shoe fits her wide foot and is easy for her to put on and take off. If her ankle is swollen the velcro strap is adjustable. The colors are aesthetically pleasing to make it look stylish for a simple shoe. I am not sure if it provides enough arch support but I can always add a gel insole. We really needed an adjustable shoe for rehab after knee surgery, this seems to fit all our criteria at an affordable price.
