Perfect for 1920's party!

I am not a professional dancer (unless wine is involved and the elctric slide counts!) but I bought these shoes for a 1920's costume party as they fit the era. They are perfect! The fit is amazing! I measured my foot and followed the size guide and they are just right. They are comfortable right out of the box, and definitely a nice looking shoe. They are nonslip which is a benefit as well for us less-than gracefull ladies. They definitely do not look or feel like cheap costume shoes, which is what I expected for the price.

Came fast! Pretty comfortable out of the box, but after about two or three hours I was in pain. But great otherwise! When I took them out of the box, it had a very strong stinky smell. Similar to sour cheese. When I took them off after my class, after sweating in the max the smell became much worse. But they do have decent traction! Not bad for the price, but beware of stinky smell!

Made for taller feet?

I bought these for a show. The work just fine for the show I'm in and I don't plan on wearing them outside of the theatre. Our show is about 3 hours with a lot of standing and walking and a very small amount of dancing. By about 2.25 hours, my feet are aching. In other shows, I've worn my own heels and had no issues. The strap is too long and needs an extra hole to fit me well. The shoes don't fall off and the work fine, but they could fit better.
