Great boots for the price!
I wear 9-9.5 and got these in a 10, the size is just right. My calf is about 15” and these fit nicely, no gap, not too tight. The bottom inside the shoe is totally flat, which makes them a little more comfortable as a cheap pair of boots (vs something with a heel or a poorly formed sole that doesn’t fit your foot). Easy to add an insole for comfort.My mirror is a little dusty in the pics, they are true black and both the same color. The material has sort of a faux leather texture (someone else complained about “wrinkles “ but I think it’s just an attempt to make them look like cowhide, it doesn’t look like damage).These are a great value at less than forty bucks. I got a pair of the black in faux suede, too, but I didn’t think they would hold up as well as the PU. The suede pair was a tiny bit more relaxed feeling in the foot. The buckle on one of those was a little funky, tho, it stuck out like it needed to be tightened a notch, but you can’t adjust the tension on the buckles. But the buckles on this pair are fine!I’m buying them for sort of a costume application (TTITD), and for that they will be perfect. These are not something I would necessarily wear in real life, but they came packaged really nicely and are terrific quality for the price point.
