I got so many compliments on these shoes. I purchased them to go with a 1920s flapper costume and they were perfect. I wore them for quite a number of hours quite comfortably. I will tell you that the back part where your Achilles heel is don’t use their protectors get your own. Get good ones to ensure that you don’t get anything irritating on the back of your foot but other than that they held up wonderfully and I’m so super happy with them that I may actually order them in another color. The size is slightly larger, but you still should order your own size. The color was perfect, which I got the gold to go with my Gold and cream costume.

Adorable shoes for cosplay or wearing out with a cute outfit. Got these in pink and they are so cute and shiny. The bow really makes these shoes stand out in my opinion. They fit me well even though I had to order a half size up due to them not making these in half sizes in larger sizes. Love, love, love these! I will have to get inserts and something soft to go between the tops of my toes and the shoe but that's a me sensory issue. The bottom on the shoe is hard suggest a half of full size up to make room for inserts. But it's a beautiful shoe well made. The velcro instead of a buckle is a stroke of genius!

Perfect performance shoe

I perform with a dance troupe and needed new "character" shoes but I didn't want to get those wimpy ones that are typically offered to dancers. These shoes offer sturdy but comfortable support, a roomy toe bed and the Velcro closure makes them easy to put on and remove for quick costume changes. I removed the big bows across the arch -- it was easy to do using a seam ripper -- so they now look like the typical character shoe. But these are definitely not typical. The soles have a great non-slip surface which holds (maybe a little too well) on hard wood and vinyl floors. They'll be fine once I break them in a bit -- but I felt safe and secure when I wore them for the first time last week for a show. The shoe offers a snug fit -- great for people like me with a very high arch and a very narrow foot. Dancers will appreciate these well-made shoes.
