Runs a little large. Doesn’t aggravate bunion on my right foot because plenty of room in toe box. There is no noticeable arch support. I think these are rather classy.The quality of the shoe and the classic look make it a value for the money spent.
When I first pulled these beauties out of the box, my first thought was that there was no way my wide feet were going to be comfortable in these chic, narrow shoes. But then I slipped them on and they looked and felt amazing. I wear a 7.5 and I’m about a C width. I ordered these in an 8 and they fit beautifully. They might be a bit long in the toes, but given that they narrow in the toes, I’m fine with that. The soles are squishy enough to be comfortable for all-day wear at work, and the adjustable strap helps guarantee comfort, even if my tootsies are a bit swollen. And the look?? So classy! I get compliments every time I wear them. I got the blue and black pair, and love to pair them with a simple black pencil skirt and white blouse, as the blue offers a fun pop of color. I’m in Southern California so these are great for all seasons. Absolutely worth the price point.
My wife's review:The blue tweed flats from the HeySiMey store arrive nicely packed inside a shoe box, with shoe bags included.The blue tweed Mary Janes have a black grosgrain squared off, pointed toe. They have a single adjustable strap with silvertone hardware and a black 1/2" block heel. The shoes have a rubber sole. They have a leather insole with memory latex padding. They are nicely made; I found no glue spots or uneven stitching on the upper or insole.I think the shoes fit true to size but they do have a fairly narrow toe box so I would size up or skip if you know you need extra room around the toes. [Dress shoe purists should skip the next line.] There is an elastic attached to the strap buckle so you can take these on and off without undoing the buckle each time once it's set for your comfort.I ordered these to wear with jeans, button down shirts and cardigans for casual but still finished looks that can be worn out. I like that it ties in the tweed with blue denim but I can wear black as well. (I'm old and pairing black and blue is still hard for me - like white after Labor day.)Nice shoes.
This pair of shoes surprised me. They actually fit my sizes 9 feet. They are very comfy and are quality constructed. The blue tweed is just as cute as the photos. The leather tips are snug to the fabric so this pair of shoes should hold up under wear.
Gorgeous heels!! They are super classy and also on trend. They fit on the larger size, so if you’re in between sizes, size down. They are very comfortable and slip resistant. I love that I can wear them all day without them hurting my feet.
These Mary Jane blue tweed shoes are a gorgeous piece of craftmanship. You can tell someone put some time and effort into these shoes and used quality materials. They are very well made, look expensive and elegant with the blue tweed, black toes and heels. The shoes are solid and timeless. I normally wear a 7 or 7 ½. I ordered the 7 ½ and they are just a little loose. Tightening up the strap did help this problem some what but not completely. I don’t think a 7 would have worked because of the narrowing of the toe area. They do hurt my foot right at the base of my toes. I’m hoping the shoe will loosen up in this area.
My daughter wears a 6.5 or a 7, and since her feet are wide, I went with a 7 since this shoe also has a pointy toe. They are ginormous on her! They look a good two sizes two big. They are cute, and I love the black and white design. They also appear well-made. I wonder if ours were somehow mismarked. If you try these shoes, I would suggest sizing WAY down.
