Excellent quality with a very comfortable contoured inner sole
The most important thing I always want to know when ordering shoes online is about their fit… do the shoes I'm looking at run big, small, or true to size? I guessed correctly when ordering these, and ordered my regular size 8.5, and they're perfect. I have a narrow foot, so that may influence how others choose, but for me, length matters most, and these are exactly right. There is room at the end, so my toes don't feel cramped. They are not too wide either, so they're not slipping all over when I walk in them. The knit will stretch over time if your foot is wider than mine, according to their ad, and mold to your feet. I love the straps and will be wearing them mainly on bare feet, but also with tights. In the summer, when it's hot and feet tend to swell a little, these will be perfect as they're made from a knit material that will breath, and certainly be more comfy than leather. The double straps are so cute too, and can be adjusted. Also, the footbed, as shown in my attached photos, is a real treat in that it is amazingly comfortable. It doesn’t offer arch support, but like a good sandal, the footbed is wonderfully padded. As their ad truthfully states about the footbed: “Soft, ergonomically designed footbed with gentle contours offers all-day walking comfort and support”… I think this will be true, although I have yet to wear them all day. As for the sole, there is texture on the bottom for traction. The thickness of the rubber sole is thin, with a slightly thicker heel. I don’t typically wear this Mary Jane style of flat shoe, but I love everything about these and will be wearing them with different silhouettes to see what looks best on me. Being only 5’3”, I usually prefer a little more height in my shoes, but these are so perfect for all the reasons given that I really look forward to wearing them this summer! Lastly, their ad states they can be washed by hand or machine, but not to use heat, which could cause them to lose their shape. Good to know. For the price, these Mary Jane flats are a quality shoe, and I recommend them.

You know that amazing feeling of getting something online and then getting it and finding that it’s actually even better in person? That’s what happened with these.I’ve been looking far and wide for a pair of comfortable flats that can go both dressy and casual. I am short (a bit under 5’2” tall) and I always feel really frumpy in basic flats, so finding a pair of flats that have some cute details and aren’t frumpy looking was key for me.Upon opening these I was first struck with a scent- it’s not unpleasant, not chemical at all to me, but smelled to me like almond extract. I love the smell of almond extract so it didn’t bother me, lol, but I did want to mention in case you don’t. An hour outside in the fresh air completely removed the scent.I am a size 8 and these were absolutely perfect for me. I slipped right into them without having to fiddle with the straps. They fit comfortably and I wore them for a good hour without any discomfort. I will say, though, I do have a narrower foot and I think if your foot is not on the narrower side, you may find that the part that is on top and closest to your toes, and possibly the heel, might be a little too snug. When I first tried them on, I was a little concerned that those areas felt snug on me, but after wearing them for a while they seemed to loosen up- probably because these are flexible. In addition, the insides of the shoes are cushioned, which felt really good on the bottoms of my feet.Speaking of flexible, that’s the beauty of these flats! They’re like a wide-weave canvas type material, and I wouldn’t say they fold completely like a pair of ballet flats, although they may if you really force it… but they fold enough that you could easily pack them into a handbag or small suitcase comfortably without taking up too much room.I can see these looking equally at home with a fancier dress as they would with a pair of leggings or jeans. Super cute. I think I’ve found my perfect flats!

Nice looking shoe at a good price
These flats are nicely made with a simple design. They fit as expected, too. I like that they are easy to slip into. They’re narrow shoes, so if you have wide feet, these would be uncomfortableThey don’t offer a great foot support, so if you have feet problems such as Achilles heel and plantar fasciitis, you’d want to limit how long you wear them.What I really like about these shoes is that they are perfect to pack in a bag for indoor wear at someone’s house.The bottoms have a slight tread on them and are easy to wipe clean.
