These shows are different and unique but they arrived exactly as advertised. They are super comfortable with the extra thick sole and super easy to put on. The fit I was a little disappointed with, but I’ll explain. I am a true size 9.5. Half sizes weren’t available and the Amazon recommendation for this shoe was a size 9. I typically size up if a half size isn’t available, but I listened to the recommended size and unfortunately they’re too tight to wear comfortably despite the extra cushioning. If they came in a 9.5, I think they would be perfect. They are very well made and high quality and the price point is on par with a shoe of this caliber. The ankle strap is cute and adds a fun dainty touch to these. They have a slip resistant sole and are overall a good shoe. Order your true size or size up and these are great!

Skip these - cheap, plasticky, and sizing is way off
I wanted to like these because the style is cute, but these are cheaply made and look and feel cheap and cheesy. They honestly feel like a pair of cheap shoes you'd find on a peg hook at the drug store. Like when your feet are hurting in heels and you need to run in and grab an emergency pair and these are there hanging between the flip flops and aqua socks... Let's start with the fact that the packaging is a cheap plastic drawstring bag where these were wedged into so tightly that the heels of the shoe were badly mis-shapen. There was an awful odor upon removing them from the bag, this dissipated after being set out of the bag overnight. The sizing on these is WAY OFF. By almost 2 whole sizes. I am a size 10 sometimes a 10 and a half depending on the style or maker. To be safe, I often order an 11 if half sizes are not available. I ordered an 11 in these. These fit like a 9 to 9.5. Width wise they are roomy but not at all long enough to match the listed sizing. The packaging was marked 11 but there was no marking of 11 on the actual shoe itself so I assume I was sent the correct size and that these just run very small. The material the upper is made with is a cheap vinyl leather like material, thin and plasticky feeling. The stitching and adhesive to the sole is clean. The strap over the top of the foot is also mis-shapen from being squished in the plastic bag but shapes out over your foot when fastened via the cheap velcro closure. The platform soles are super plasticky and cheap feeling and the bottoms although textured to LOOK non slip - are slick and slippery. You will slip if you're not careful. The inner soles are lined with a cheap neoprene type fabric. There is really no shaping or arch support inside. Just a lined inner shoe. These are hollow and lightweight. I suppose lightweight would be ideal for a platform shoe to cut the heaviness but they just feel cheesy, not at all like a quality lightweight material. If these were some cheap drug store shoes on a peg hook in the flip flop aisle I wouldn't be mad at it. But the asking price at the time of this listing is $46, so these aren't being sold as cheap drug store shoes, they're attempting to pass these off as some sort of decent quality platform dressy mary jane sneakers - and that's just not what these are. Skip these, they are not at all worth the asking price.

I measured my foot, but it didn’t quite fit lengthwise
These are really comfortable, black platform shoes. I was excited because the shoes would give me some height without being heels. They are not well-made. You can see where when they put them together, they didn’t meet correctly. You can see what I’m talking about in a video. The other thing that I don’t really care for is on the bottom of this shoe, it feels plastic. I think it’s actually some kind of hard rubber, but it feels plastic and doesn’t have deep grooves. That’s going to play with the traction that you get. I measured my foot and according to the chart,it said size 10 but it’s a little short for my foot. My suggestion would be that if your foot measures the exact measurement of that size, order the next size if you don’t want your foot hitting the end of this shoe.It did fit on the sides, but not lengthwise and the top of the shoe is very hard, rigid. It’s not something that will stretch out. You could probably remove the ankle strap if you didn’t want it, but you would have to keep the piece on the back. The ankle strap is cute though and has a little dangle on it. The ankle strap is also unique in how it’s made. There is a buckle on one side and a hook that goes around the buckle on the other side. It stays hooked well and I haven’t had an issue with that, but I haven’t worn them for a long period of time because they’re too short for me. It does look like it’s going to stay on well though. I do like that because looking at it, you can’t tell that’s what they did but it makes it easier to take on and off. The strap is cute. As I said earlier, it feels very cushioned on your feet. It was comfortable and I’m sad that it doesn’t fit.
