Great Shoe - Great Value
Great shoes for barefoot style shoe lovers (this does not mean wearing without socks - you can but that is not what barefoot shoes are about). Comfortable to wear, wide toe box, absorbent no arch insert, have laces but still easy to slip on and off - cute on, wash well and dry quickly. I have 2 pair of them, and the grey ones are by far my favorite. I bought taupe and grey same size delivered within 2 days of each other and they fit just a bit differently. The taupe fit a bit snugger than the grey, but I still like them a lot. I wore them continually for over 3 weeks on a European trip no issues at all - lots of walking, hiking through a gorge, multiple surfaces etc., had decent traction and were not overly slippery on wet surfaces. I love my Hike footwear, but they are not good in wet environments when you want to keep your feet dry. These have solid flexible bottoms and yes water will come in through the top if you are going through puddles, but your feet are not getting wet through drain holes like they would be in other barefoot brands. Good shoe for the price - not disappointed in them at all.

Great shoes, great price!
Very comfortable! Walked a 5k the first day I wore them, legs were sore just to adjust, but my feet were great!! Will forever buy and wear bare food shoes! Great price for the the value. Non slip bottoms, cute and casual, fit is great. Went down a half size and they are great! Obviously white gets dirty fast, but pretty easy to clean.

Truly great shoes
I use these shoes for exercise (walking) and they do not disappoint. I spent many years looking for the most padded shoes I could afford to cradle my feet (I have had two foot surgeries), but little did I know that the thing I actually needed was LESS padding, not more, and a zero drop shoe. What is the significance of the zero drop? Zero drop shoes mimic a barefoot experience and allow for your foot to function as God intended. Your feet need to feel the terrain in order to work properly and keep you going without injury. If you look at most athletic shoes, you will see that the shoe has a bit of a heel. This pushes all the pressure into the front of your feet, which is not a natural walking position for the feet. Your foot is not a single bone - all the many small bones of the feet work together to help you balance and move properly, and wearing a heeled shoe, particularly in an athletic situation, is working against the natural strength and function of the feet. Since I have worn these shoes, I have had zero pain AT ALL, and that is miraculous.Additionally, I am always skeptical about products from China bc I have been so frequently disappointed by poor quality, but these shoes were a pleasant surprise in more ways than one. They surpassed the Whitin Zero Drop shoes I previously bought on Amazon and wore to death. Okay, I didn't actually wear them to death, I cleaned them to death... Unfortunately, the Whitin shoes are glued together, so after two washings they more or less fell apart. The Pencifine shoes, though, came through with shining colors because they are not glued together. Also, one nice feature (particularly for walking, bc it never moves around like all my previously athletic shoes) is that there is no tongue with these shoes - the entire top of the shoe is one integrated piece, meaning they can be pulled on. I absolutely love these shoes and will definitely re-order a few extra pairs.

Barefoot shoes for daily life! Amazing price!
*Personal preference and tips at the end*I enjoy how lightweight, stylish yet spacious toe box. The cushioning around the ankles and achilles is a plus for me. The laces are a nice touch to slip ons.The soles are evenly balanced from toe to heel there is no arch support. I personally found these to be beginner friendly in spite of having high arches. They stand up to pavement/asphalt, light hiking, all indoor flooring and yards with rocks (making them durable). They are not waterproof but water resistant.They’re true to their color and size, easy to clean and slip on. The price point is amazing for comfort.Personal & Tips: For those that are on the go you can Kwik spray them to make them waterproof, repel stains, soil, etc. Hikers and climbers these would not be suitable unless relaxing your feet in the campsite or basecamp. As a pet parent I keep these stored in the boxes when not in use. (Yes my dog loves to steal shoes, the cat wants the empty box) Absolutely suggest different colors and pairs so you always have a spotless pair. Great with no show socks and still fit perfectly with thick crew socks! Follow the measuring guide for a great fit!

I love these shoes! I primarily use them to go to the gym, but they're cute enough to wear day to day. They're super comfy and don't slip off my feet, but have a wide toe box so my feet aren't cramped. I often forget I'm wearing them because they're so lightweight. Note they don't tie per se, but they do tighten with the laces. I love barefoot shoes, but don't love the price and these are definitely comparable to some of my pricier name brand shoes. I'll be buying in more colors! I usually wear a 6.5 and got a 7, they fit perfectly.

Pleasantly surprised.
These shoes wear cheap in price but great in quality. These are the most comfortable shoes I ever had. Plus my Chiropractor approves of them. When I 1st got them one shoes did feel a little uncomfortable on the back of my heal on my bigger foot ( I can't be the only asymmetrical person). But after a couple days that completely went away. I would definitely recommend and will probably by more.
