I'm not able to wear this for an extended period to gauge wearability, but will give it the benefit of the doubt. I ordered 4.5, received a size 5, placed replacement order and the real 4.5 seems to be as big as the 5 if not bigger in both the length and looseness. It looks good but it isn't sized correctly--too big for my foot unfortunately.
