I’ve never ordered a pair of dancing shoes, but have always wanted some. I’m a little confused about these because the soles of the shoes are covered with material instead of having a rubber base. I assume it is supposed to be this way to allow for smooth dance moves on the floor. They fit well, feel comfortable on the foot initially, and have decent arch support, but the ankle strap material is of really thin quality, so I sure how these would hold up over time. I love the style and I love having the ankle wrapped for security. I was very disappointed in the color because I was anticipating a brown shoe based on the photos and these are a shimmery copper bronze. Not sure I will ever get to wear these, but they are a perfect dance style and they fit true to size so those are definitely positives.

Elegant golden brown heels at a great price

These ballroom salsa dance shoes are absolutely beautiful. They’re a golden brown with a subtle sheen, and they look so elegant in the light. The crisscross straps across the toe form a kind of hourglass pattern, with five thin straps that flatter the shape of your foot. They’re open-toe, with crisscross ankle straps and a pretty rhinestone detail on the buckle.The heel is three inches and curves in before flaring slightly at the bottom. I love that design—it complements the natural curve of the calf really enhances the look of your legs.The base of the heel is wide enough for actual dancing…They’re not kitten heels, and they’re not stilettos either…rather, they are just the right height that makes them comfortable to walk (or dance) in while still evoking high heels.They feel very well made. The sole and insole match the overall color, and even the little heel tip is a slightly darker shade of brown for a nice detail. Comfort-wise, they’re better than I expected. If you’ve never danced salsa before, it does take practice to dance in heels, but these make it much more doable than other styles I’ve tried.For around $30, I think the value is excellent. They look high-end, they’re flattering, and they’re versatile. I don’t plan on using them for ballroom dancing (I’ll be pairing them with dresses instead), but they’d be perfect for performances, social dancing, or special events. I’m so glad I got them!Five stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
