Nice Mary Jane Pumps
I wanted to love these black Women’s Velvet Mary Jane Pumps- they had such a nice soft velvety texture and feel. The heel was nice and the quality was great. The style of the Mary Jane’s are timeless. The only problem was the fit and size of the shoe- I ordered this in my usual size and they were simply too large! They had too much room in the back and toe area.

Stunning and fit wide feet
These are stunning in person. They are a nice cross between a comfortable/casual shoe and a more dressy shoe. I got the blue one and it's a beautiful deep royal or sapphire blue. The velvet is very soft and luxurious looking. The color pops without being bright. It's really classy.The heel makes it look like it could be more on the casual side. I don't think I would consider this for a formal event because of the heel, but I'm sure it could work for that. I would definitely wear these with a lot of my work clothes or even a date night.They are also comfortable. I have feet on the wider side and they fit really well. I have been consistently an 8.5 or 9 in shoes depending on the brand. I ordered this in a 9 since there were no measurements. They fit great. I would suggest that if you are normally between sizes like me, then order your bigger version. If you have a narrow foot, either these wouldn't work for you or you might be able to get away with a smaller size. These would be fine for anyone with average width. I mostly get average width shoes but my foot does tend to be more on the wider side. I have a wide toe area and the toe box isn't squeezing at all.I love how there is some midfoot support. I have found that this feature in shoes helps to alleviate the pain of being in heels and balances out the weight of the foot better so more weight is on your heel. I have not walked a long time in them, but so far I love them.

Not great
These shoes were not made very well, flimsy and very stretched out. Sizing was large. Not worth the price that was paid even if they did fit. I returned them.

These shoes!Yesterday was an awful day, y’all. I won’t go into why. I came home to Amazon packages and almost waited until this morning to go through them. I decided to crack open one bag. I was feeling the back and had honestly forgotten I sent for these and was wondering about the heel. I shouldn’t wear anything with a heel. I will fall. I am clumsy. I have always been that way. Ballet as a child didn’t fix it.Going back to the shoes, though. So, I opened the mystery bag and saw the shoes. I will not say they fixed the awful day. They didn’t and nothing will erase that, but do you ever have those days where you’ve been gut punched and someone who has no idea what’s going on walks in and tells a joke and walks away just to make you smile and it works and then a few other tiny things happen that lighten the day just a little? These shoes, when I recognized them, were one of those small things.The blue velvet is much lovelier than the photos suggest. I might be able to balance on that block heel. I’m willing to try because of the blue velvet alone. When my knees are scraped up, the blue velvet did it! Maybe I should find fancy knee pads…I practiced walking in them for a while last night also because I’m just that incredibly clumsy. They’re comfortable enough. I wouldn’t go for a jog in them but they don’t mash my toes.Forgive the images. I had been on my feet all day already and I was taking photos upside down.

Charming Look, But Packaging Was a Mess
I really love the rich red color and the classic front design of these velvet heels. They have a lovely vintage-inspired look that worked perfectly for my Dorothy costume, but they’re cute enough that I’ll definitely be wearing them again for other occasions too.The low heel height is great, just enough to still be comfortable for longer wear. They’re surprisingly comfy overall. That said, the backs of the shoes do tend to slip off a little too easily when walking, so I’ll be picking up some heel grips to help with that.The biggest downside for me was the packaging. The shoes came together in a plastic zip bag, stacked directly on top of each other, with nothing separating or protecting them. Unfortunately, that seems to have caused some damage. The left shoe arrived with a black mark on the side and noticeable crinkling around the top edge (I’ve added a photo to show what I mean). It was disappointing, especially since the shoes themselves are quite pretty.If you’re planning to buy these, you might want to be prepared with heel grips and cross your fingers for better packaging.

Perfect for everything, dress up or down. LOVE
After a month of wearing, these are so comfy & the perfect chunky everyday heel. They have held up so well! Normally a lot of heels that I buy end up having the heel separate from the shoe and these have NOT done that at all. Fall is coming up and I style these with an oversized sweater or denim jacket, a mini skirt, and black tights. Sometimes I add ankle warmers and it’s the most comfortable/warm outfit to wear if you have to dress up or down. I wear a size 7.5 in some shoes and in other brands I wear a size 8. The only complaint I have is that I ordered a size 8 and without socks they’re a little bit too big on me. If I wear socks, they fit perfect. Other than that I love these & will order more colors.
