True to Size
I am a size US Women's 9 and I purchased the size 41 and they fit great! I've only done shorter rides with them but they were really comfortable and easy to put on with the Velcro straps.I also ordered the BV bike cleats from Amazon and they work great with these shoes and my Schwinn IC4 bike. Just make sure you really tighten the cleats so you can easily unclip :)

Always Use Euro Sizing for Izumi brand
I love these! I am a huge fan of this particular brand, but it is super important to only use the Euro sizing when picking these. I always wear a 40 or 41in the pearl izumi regardless of mens or womens(when I am a US women's 7.5 or 8) and the shoes themselves have super solid soles, comfortable Velcro straps, and hold up to lots of wear and tear.

Great but don’t wear without clips
If you try to wear these without clips you will slide all over the place. The bottom is super slick. I wanted the stiff insole of the bike shoe but didn’t want to attach clips. Ended up having to glue rubber on the bottom.

Sizing is off and I didn't receive them!
I wouldn't normally write a review for a product I didn't receive but here goes: I wanted an entry level road shoe, I loved the gray color, they were on sale for $60 and I ordered. They were suspiciously cancelled by Amazon on delivery day. When I went to reorder, the price went up to $100. I went to REI to try them in white. They were very cute, lightweight, and breathable. I'm typically a 9.5 women's US. I had ordered a 40 and it would have been too small. At REI I discovered I needed a 42. But I ended up with much sturdier, sleeker Shimano road shoes for $125. If you want the Pearl Izumis, I would order directly from Pearl Izumi or a more reputable seller (REI or Backcountry). If you can try them somewhere in store before buying, even better. They are cute but I'm not sure how long they would last.
