Cute look but nearly impossible to actually wear
I ordered these boots in my usual size, women’s 11. They do run slightly small, but not enough to make them unwearable. The shiny, smooth faux leather actually looks really nice in person and gives the boots a sleek, dressy look right out of the box.That said, there are quite a few design issues that make these hard to enjoy wearing. First, there is no zipper. Getting them on is a struggle and somehow, getting them off is even harder. Because of this, they are clearly designed for very slim feet. If you have wider feet or a higher instep, these will be frustrating from the start.The wedge shape also makes standing and walking awkward. They feel unstable, especially for more than a few minutes at a time. The sole has very little tread, which makes them slippery on smooth surfaces and not something I would feel confident wearing out.The calf fit is another issue. While these are labeled as wide calf, the opening is extremely large. It looks disproportionate and does not sit right on the leg at all. The contrast between the tight foot area and oversized calf is strange and unflattering.Overall, the boots look nice at first glance, but the lack of a zipper, difficult fit, slippery sole, and awkward proportions really hold them back. Three stars feels fair for appearance alone, but the design makes them impractical for regular wear.

Wedge heel in lieu of spike is appreciated for stability.Note on size that size 9.5 was wanted but not available when ordering so size 10 was ordered instead. Even being 1/2 size larger than desired, boot was tight with 'regular' socks and a thin pair of socks needed to be used, so appears to maybe run a little under-size.

The heel is too high
These boots are so stylish and true to size. However, you can’t walk in them! The heel is so tall it puts your foot in a weird angle making it very difficult to walk. I had no problem getting them on. I just wish the heel wasn’t so high. Very disappointed.

These boots are very fashionable and look even better than I expected. I typically need wide-calf boots, and these fit my calves perfectly, which was a pleasant surprise. I wore them for about two hours initially and hoped they would be comfortable; however, my feet did begin to hurt after that time. The next day I gave these boots a second chance and decided to see if I could break them in to be more comfortable, but after wearing for another couple of hours, they are still not comfortable for me.The boots have a 4-inch wedge heel, which I was happy about because I expected it to be more comfortable than a standard heel. I wear a size 8, and the fit is true to size and comfortable overall, but I think the 4-inch height contributes to the discomfort for me.
