Glitter, Grip, and Great Style in One Cute Sneaker
Gotta love these retro lace-up sneakers with their shiny star pattern and glitter-glam personality! They remind me of my favorite Converse and those youthful days when I believed there was no such thing as too much sparkle. I’m happy to report the style has not gone out of fashion — not even a little bit.I picked these up for my older daughter, who inherited my weakness for anything silver or shiny. I typically wear between a size 6.5 and 7 in tennis shoes and ordered a 7 in these. Both the length and width were good.I love the color scheme with the silver and white and the pop of blue on the shoestrings. It looks very chic.The gray areas on the sneakers have a sueded look to them.The inside has cushioning and they are comfortable to wear. The stars on the sides are in slightly different placements from one another and the feel of the tongue area makes these feel a little cheaper than the rest of the shoe. I haven't seen any of the sparkles falling off so far and there weren't any in the box when I opened these so they seem to be attached well.Overall, really cute design and looks nice with jeans, yoga pants, and dresses.

These are sooooo freaking cute!! The glitter is so pretty and is on good (does not flake off). The quality is good. They are so comfortable walking around in. I ordered these for esthetic reasons, and I am not disappointed.They are exactly as pictured with red sparkles that stay put. I was worried that the glitter would come off and get all over the place, but it doesn't. They are a nice bright red.My shoe sized is between 7 and 7.5 standard width. These run slightly on the larger side. As far as comfort goes they are similar to that of common name brand skate shoes that were popular in the 80's. That is to say they are not premium running or walking shoes as far a comfort goes, but are still reasonably comfortable. I will get insoles for them if I find it necessary.There is plenty of room in the toe box which I highly value. The shoe laces are the correct length which doesn't always seem to the be the case. I don't care for the printed laces. I might replace those.All in all though, I love these cool sparkly shoes.
