I am usually a 6-7 and i got a 7.5 by reading the reviews and they fit perfectly. They do run small so i would definitely size up half a size. They are good quality and are super comfy. They are really not that wide but not that narrow also. They are so cute

I really like the comfort and shape. I was a little disappointed because I ordered the green, and they look way more grey than green. So just a head up if you get the green ones! Otherwise very happy with everything else.
