Highly recommend!!
I wasn’t expecting them to so comfortable! I have arthritis and my bones hurt on my feet, so I always need memory foam or cushion in all my shoes/boots etc. to my surprise these feel amazing and I wear a them for work (Police Officer, 10 hr shifts), when I come home I feel great! So worth buying!!

A dressy military wanna-be boot suitable for street-dress, may run large
These were received quickly and well packaged - in a corrugated box within a corrugated box. (My one question is why was there clear packing tape covering the rip strip on the outer box? (Did it get accidentally opened in transit? Or did Amazon send a prior opened package? IDK)We bought a size 9.5 version of these for my wife who most recently was sized for a 10.5 shoe - but has worn 9.5 in the past. So these may run a bit large. The sales info notes extra room in the toe area and width, which my wife found to be comfortable. She will be wearing these during the upcoming winter to provide a little more ankle support between car and Wal-Mart or church. Unfortunately she didn't size them large for thick winter socks. Considering that she often wears 10.5, and these are 9.5, so they may run a bit large. They were hard to slip on and to slip off. The zipper stuck on her and required hubby's assist. My wife noted that the material was thin and even after wearing them for an hour there was no warmth. There was an arch support, which she could feel and could use.The sales information states that "these boots are suitable for tactical missions, Wide Military and police duties, outdoor hikes" and mentions motorcycles in the titling. LOL! These are a thin, dressy, military-looking wanna-be boots. I am ex-military and these would not pass a military muster inspection. The "air cushioned" heal is a shining pice of plastic that is very shiny and 'non-military'. I am not a motorcycle rider but I know a few, and their foot gear is thick leather with steel toes. And as for hiking, I don't think the relatively smooth tread on these would allow hiking on anything off of the beaten path in the woods.I asked AI to recommend groups these might be appropos for and got a list like: alternative, camo chic, dark academic, e-girl, edgy, gothic core, grunt revival, moto boho, street style. But IMHO NOT military, motorcycle, police nor winter wear.
