They held up for me !
I wore these shoes for the club for a Halloween event as part of my costume. I figured it would be better just to finally get some dance shoes, and decided to try it out and see how it is in the club. Because of the reviews I had expected the durability to not last me at all through the night and for the straps to come offf, NOPE. Still on. 1000%. One thing I noticed when I put them on was how comfortable it was. I was able to glide and hold my weight easily. The shoes still looked nice at the end of the night with no scuff marks or scratches. My ONLY COMPLAINT, (which may not bother you) was something I only noticed after some days of wearing it, which was my big toes were sore and the nail plate was visibly bruised. Now this may not be anyone’s fault but my genetics because I do have some “chubbier” feet. But after 2 days the pain has went away so not even that bad and could’ve been caused from me standing in the long line for the bar for what was like 15 minutes. So overall the sizing was perfect. Did not squish or rub anywhere at all. I definitely do recommend these heels!

Interesting shoe
This a comfortable shoe. It fits well. The heel is just the right height for me. However, I have never seen a closure on the strap quite like the one on this shoe. I actually had to look at the picture again to see how to close the strap. So, I figured that this is a quick release hook over the buckle so dancers can change shoes quickly, but you have to be a contortionist to buckle them on. Just not possible for a short, fat person to do 😄. You have to adjust the buckle, then put the hook behind the buckle,then squeeze your foot in to the shoe! Aside from that, this is a pretty good shoe. I would buy a similar shoe, without the crazy buckle. Live and learn🤷🏽♀️😊

A basic shoe and a perfect tight.
I ordered several different brands of practice shoes or basic ballroom shoes. Although these aren’t the most expensive shoes, they were the most comfortable. The buckle is delicate. I only use them when I am on the floor and they work well for me. They are well-built shoes. I have worn them several times. I do wish they would re-design the strap and buckle so they were easier to fasten.
