Love, Love, Love these Boots

My calves are 18” in diameter and I am always on the look out for extra wide calf knee high boots that will fit my fat calves. I have been genetically blessed/cursed with fat calves and struggle to find knee high boots that will fit them, but I found them today. They fit beautifully, zipped right up without any problem. In the attached video I am wearing leggings due to extreme cold weather in my area, waking up to 6 degrees temperature so I need layers. These boots fit over the leggings with room to spare. The color is spot on, exactly as depicted in the pictures, the style and cut is perfect, it looks and feel pretty sturdy but only time will tell because I will be wearing these often especially during the cold season. I normally wear a 8.5 but sometimes go up a size based on the style and cut of the shoe but I did not have to size up because the 8.5 was a perfect fit with enough room to wear socks. So far it feels very comfortable, but I will have a better feel ones a wear them for a whole day.Love, Love, Love these boots.

I have wide calves, and one leg that is wider than the other so finding boots is hell for me.I was not optimistic about these boots, but they blew me out of the water. I am able to comfortably wear these with jeans, leggings, thick socks AND I STILL HAVE ROOM TO SPARE! Looked promising but not a good fit for me

I ordered the Chicblooms Women’s Extra Wide Calf Stretch Boots hoping they would finally be the pair of tall boots that would fit comfortably. Out of the box they looked great. The color was rich, the material felt soft, and the style was versatile enough to go with dresses or jeans. The stretch panel also seemed like it would give that little bit of extra room I needed.Unfortunately once I tried them on the fit just was not there. Even though they are labeled extra wide calf, they still felt snug and the shaft bunched uncomfortably. The footbed also felt a bit stiff and did not have much cushioning for walking. I wanted to love them but after a few minutes of trying to wear them around the house I knew they would not work for me.I ended up returning them which was disappointing because I really liked the look. I think these could work well for someone with a slightly smaller calf than mine, but if you truly need extra room you may want to keep looking. No comment on the durability, the zipper seemed ok.
