ADORABLE!!!!
These ballet flats are so freaking adorable!!! They are incredibly well made and the details on the charms are absolute perfection. As a ballet flat, they aren't amazingly comfortable but they are definitely comfortable enough to wear on a day when you don't plan to be standing/walking all day. They fit true to size. My one complaint is that the laces don't stay tied very well so omitting that from the design would make them perfect.

Cute
These flats are absolutely adorable and the pearl and sea creature charm details make them feel special. I like that the charms are removable, perfect for me because I prefer them off. The flats are soft and comfortable for shorter periods or dressy occasions, but they don’t offer much arch support, so they aren’t ideal for lots of walking. The adjustable ankle straps help keep them secure, and the pointy closed-toe design is nice as well. Overall, a cute, stylish pair for casual wear or events, just not for extended strolling. True to size.

Pretty and fragile
These shoes are very pretty, I love the ocean theme. But they also seem very fragile. The strings are basically holding everything in place - the gathers in the toe section, the charms, the ability to tie them at the ankles. It’s a cute design but if the laces break the shoes are ruined. The laces also don’t stay tied very well. The shoes seem to me to run slightly large. I got my usual size and they are a little loose. These are beautiful shoes, I’m just not sure how practical they are for real life wear.

Delightfully silly design but seriously well-made
These are super cute, and fun; not a serious shoe, yet they are made very well. One detail I noticed that I don't see on most shoes these days is the non-slip ridges on the sole- nice! The assortment of charms is wonderful, there is even a whale tail, there are metal tips on the cords, and the gathered design resembles a scallop shell. They looked like they'd be too small when I took them out of the box, they looked short, but they are not, they have plenty of room in the toe, it is just one more way they make feet look cute. I always love an ankle wrap- my ankles have always been too thin and ankle wraps tend to make my legs / ankles look better. It took me a few minutes to figure out the best way to wrap. When I first put them on with the cords running straight from the front to back, as on the model, they were just kind of out there on the sides and it did not look right. It may have worked better if my feet were not on the narrow side, but I do recommend tying them the way I came up with, see photos. I did NOT have to remove and re-thread the straps, I simply crossed them before inserting foot. Surprisingly comfortable, wore them for a few hours and the insoles are nicely padded. I did feel some pressure points at the heels and forefoot bones after a while, but this is more likely a problem with my feet, not the shoes. The only way in which the shoes are not 100% comfy is the thick PU around the forefoot is not breathable and these are summer shoes, so there is some sweating, but that is to be expected with PU. Overall, these exceeded every expectation, and I absolutely recommend. Note re size: since they fit my slightly narrow feet so well, you might want to upsize if your feet are on the wider side of medium. I ordered size 7, my normal size, and got a perfect fit.
