Exactly Right (after size exchange) and LOVE THEM
Pro tip: PRICE FLUCTUATES WILDLY, WATCH AND WAIT! Seriously. In between the first and second pair, they dropped 1/3 of what I originally paid.I usually wear an 11 in women's sneaks and they only had the euro chart, so I converted units and ordered a 10.5 in Grainy Black because loafers are a completely different fit than sneaks. They were huge! 0.75 in/1.90 cm too large for me! Besides the size difference, they felt wonderful, looked classy, and were exactly what I was looking for.As soon as that refund hit my Amazon account, I re-ordered in a 10! They're the tiniest bit big on my smaller foot without socks on, but it's also chilly outside right now, and I imagine my feet will swell when it's hot, so no worries!Oh. My. Godzilla. They are so comfy. Feels like not-greasy butter when I slide my feet in. They've been that way since day 1! I almost had ZERO break-in time at all, but they did pinch a tiny bit on day 4 if continuous wear, so I put on some socks and forgot it was an issue. The next morning, I tucked my toes back in and there was never any other discomfort.I literally haven't worn any other shoes since they have arrived. They're THAT comfy. AND they match my entire aesthetic and wardrobe perfect! I can wear them with jeans and a crop top for nice fashion juxtaposition, or I can wear them to work in a business professional environment, or I can be a cute nerd in an oversized sweater and skinny jeans! I love the red sole stitching accent, non-flashy appearance, and classiness.I honestly don't care if they don't match (they do though because my wardrobe is 🤌) ... ima wear 'em anyways. They're *that* great. I've never had Marc Josephs before, but I sure am a convert now.

Love everything about this shoe!!
This is my second pair of loafers from this brand, and I just love everything about this pair. They are genuine leather, cushioned inside, and extremely comfortable! I love the red label on the side of the shoe that coordinates perfectly with the subtle red stitching around the shoe. It's just a classy, and classic shoe. I plan to wear mine this fall with jeans.

Surprised to keep the smaller size...
I really like this REAL leather loafer (I have learned that not all shoes advertised as 'leather' are real leather and the outer material eventually peels away from its backing). I also like that the shoe is a tiny bit wider in the toe box which is great for wearing socks in cold weather and the sole is flat rubber which I prefer, not dimpled like driving shoe styles. I ordered both my regular size (8) and the smaller size (7.5) in both black and navy (the navy is so dark it is almost black). Because I want to wear these loafers with socks in cold weather I thought the 8 would be the best fit but actually the 7.5 is better for me. I like the red stitching near the sole - it's just a nice, classy touch. Something I did learn, though, about ordering this shoe on Amazon. The price doesn't stay the same. It can fluctuate quite seriously. Because I really like this shoe I considered buying it in a third color but when I went back to the site the same black and navy styles I bought a week before had increased $20+ in price (other colors have totally different prices). Maybe when Amazon restocked this shoe the price had increased. If you see it at a lower price don't hesitate; order it then.
