Found a replacement for my Moroccan slippers, and they fit my wide feet!
Four years ago, I purchased babouches in Morocco that I absolutely loved. Over time, those slippers wore out, prompting me to search for replacements online. Unfortunately, the first pair I found on a different online store was extremely narrow, unlike the comfortable ones I had bought in Agadir. Since returning them would have been expensive, I chose to donate them to Goodwill instead.When I came across these babouches, I was initially hesitant because they featured a seam down the middle, making them different from my Moroccan slippers. Despite this, I decided to give them a try. Knowing that Amazon offers free returns gave me confidence in my purchase, but as it turned out, there was no need to send them back.The leather of these babouches is soft and supple, and, true to the description, the shoes molded perfectly to my feet. I was so pleased with their comfort and quality that I immediately bought a second pair to be kept in reserve. Now, after four and a half months of regular use, my first pair remains in perfect condition.

Looks and feels great
Comfortable and real leather. I put insoles because soles were paper thin. Durable leather. Easy to clean. Just wipe down with wet rag. Great for the summer. When on I can easily slide outdoor slippers on so no need to take them off when going outside. True to size. I’m a size 7.5/8 and bought the 8.

Comfortable and fits perfectly
These slippers fit my feet like a glove, gratitude to the animal that it came from and for the craftsmanship that was put into this fine pair of footwear. I will keep these dry, and don’t intend on getting them too wet, not sure if the color will come out if it does get wet, since I intend on keeping them dry. I only use these to wear indoors. These are my house slippers, they keep my feet insulated from the cold floor. Allahu ackbar

Worthwhile purchase
I like these very much. This is my second pair. They are soft and fit me well. However, the sole of the shoe is of the same finish as the upper part and until they are worn for a while can be a bit slippery on carpet and therefore hazardous. I wore the first pair I purchased on concrete rough several times until they had a bit more grip.

Soft, supple, leather slippers. Better than barefoot!
I am liking these leather house slippers. My feet get cold on the tile floor in the kitchen. (Who am I kidding, my feet stay cold!) These slippers are thin, light, and make a nice barrier between my soles and the tile. They don't feel slick on our carpet or hardwood floors. They have a lining on the foot bed and don't smell sweaty at the end of the day. My feet swell as the day progresses, so I ordered up a size as suggested for wider feet. So far, I am very happy with this purchase.

Not for everyday use?
I am disabled and indoors most of the time. I bought these slippers oct 10th and it's the 21st and the inside is falling apart on my left slipper... Poorly made in my opinion. I'd like a refund actually....
