Good shoes to use in the pool

Cute Mary Jane water shoes, adjustable straps accommodate wide or swollen feet.
These Mary Jane water shoes are surprisingly kind of cute in person and on my feet. Now, when I say they're cute, do keep in mind that I'm in my early 50s. I am much more concerned about function over fashion when it comes to footwear, but I probably wouldn't have worn these when I was in my 20s or 30s. They're not THAT kind of cute. I'm also paraplegic, and it can be difficult to find shoes appropriate for my feet and for my situation in general, especially when it comes to 'summer shoes'. Most sandals are either a pain to get on, with lots of straps, or they just won't stay on my feet. These shoes solve that problem nicely. They are very lightweight and let my feet 'breathe', and the straps make sure they stay right where I left them. The bottoms are super thin, as is the case with pretty much all water shoes, but that doesn't bother me, of course. I would imagine able-bodied folks would be able to feel larger stones and pebbles in these shoes. The sizing seems to be all over the place. Some reviewers seem to think they run small, other people think they're right on, and others find them a bit large. For me, they are kind of big. My feet aren't wide, but they can swell, and I like that the larger size and adjustable straps will accommodate that swelling. I am considering purchasing another pair, particularly since these are so fairly priced, but I'm not really crazy about the color selection. I wish there were a few more colors or designs available. Still, I might choose black for my next pair, and I'll size down to see if that's a better fit. At under $20, I'm not sure you'd find much better value than these shoes, so I'm happy to recommend them, but just know that the sizing issue might be a bit of a gamble. Fortunately, they do offer free returns if you do get a pair that doesn't fit perfectly. Four happy stars!

Adorable Water Shoes the Pink Color Is Off, But They're Still Very Cute!
I got these water shoes from FEELACES because i because I really liked the colors of the pink ones I was under the impression that the color would be more of a purpulish mauve but it turned out to be more of a hot pink like a bright pink color that's OK I still love the multi colored yarn that was used to make these it has a really cool crocheted knit look to them they arrived in a plastic zip lock bag and they were very lightweight and thin so I knew these would be great swimming shoes. I got them in size 7 -7.5 which mostly matches my regular shoe size. These have two Velcro straps and are easy to attach and detach right away I could feel that these will be very comfortable and very lightweight and all the tiny little holes will make them great for going in the water and to make your feet to be able to breathe. These shoes fit me really well and I like that you're able to use these in different instances not just for swimming you could use them to where around the house or to workout in cause of their grippy souls you could even walk around outside with them if that's what you'd like. These shoes are very well made and are made of good materials they don't feel cheap at all even though the price is there it's a very good value and they're very adorable shoes!

For me the souls were too hard I wish they were softer especially in the heel area the toolbox was too narrow and the cloth part of the shoe is pressing down on the toes I would need a larger toolbox softer padding and easier to slip on

Not great for sensitive skin
Overall these water shoes seem solid. The soles are lighter than a full shoe sole but are sturdier than my current pair of water socks. Insert feels removable but is tacked in place in one spot on the outside of the toe. The material is lightweight and flexible while not being overly stretchy. The Velcro on the straps is in the right place for me and holds tight.I have sensitive skin, and there are a couple of parts of these that are not particularly comfortable for me. The stitching or rough edge of the fabric on the inside of the one side seam scratches my foot just enough to be irritating. Also, the edge binding material is a little itchy for me.These water shoes would be everything I am looking for if the finishings were a little smoother. For most people they might be perfectly comfortable, though.

I typically wear a women's size 8-8.5 in shoes, and I ordered the size "8-9 Women/6.5-7.5 Men"It fit my feet perfectly, but my friend who is a men's size 7.5-8, was not able to fit it on his foot, so I think it may run a little small. If you are at the upper end of the size, I'd get the next size up.I tested these by walking over some sharp rocks, and my feet did not hurt at all. The shoe didn't take damage from the rocks either. I would definitely trust these for walking in the water, where gravity is less. The straps are secure and felt like it would stay on during swimming.
