The boots are beautiful. A very good grade of leather. The workmanship is excellent. All is wonderful with the boots, except the size. They only go to a size 11 and run small. I was really looking forward to getting these boots. I am disappointed they don't fit. Although dealing with Katherine the phone associate made the return process very pleasant, and painless.
These are the hottest boots that I own! I mean, sharp looking, well made, perfect heel... EVERYTHING! From the instant I put them on... I wore them the rest of the day. No issues at all! Fit like a glove and looks like an expensive, high heeled boot. But, gettin them off... was a different story. Now, I'm from Texas and I have boots. Lots of 'em. I have a fairly high arch and occasionally, they are wonky about coming off. But, these don't budge. Had to go get help. But, they are SO comfortable and FINE to look at, that I'm NOT sending them back!! NO! I love them! So, I'll stretch em out, a little at a time, until they come off without help, I guess. I am not sure what the REAL solution to this issue is, but I am determined to keep them. They are just too perfect not to. I ordered 1/2 size larger than my usual size 9, at the suggestion of the maker. So, really, I'm looking for someone who has some tips on how to stretch out the arch area or maybe, a trick to getting off "Snug" leather boots.

It fits great. My size is 8. I ordered 8.5 according to the reviews but it was too big. Good quality. Recommended!I will buy them again later
