This is a great item! Extremely comfortable and cute vintage/grandma look. Have received many compliments.The sizing is on the small scale (was unable to find size measurements anywhere on the net for Worishofer). I normally go a size 8 1/2 - 9. The 39 was too small so I got a refund (there are no exchanges allowed for this item) and re-purchased a size 40. The size 40 was perfect. If your unsure go up in size.
All my other Worishofer shoes are made in Germany and these said Portugal. I found that the leather didn’t seem as soft.
I've purchased Worishofer shoes before and they are still as well made as they were years ago. This style is very comfortable and supports my feet very well. Very stylish and a perfect height for jeans and dresses
Do not buy. I'm not sure what happened but this is my 4th pair of Worishofers and these are not like the pairs I've gotten in the past. This pair isn't made in Germany, the inner sole says made in Portugal. It's obvious they are lower quality but worse than that the leather is so so hard it's like cardboard and it cut up the tops of my big toe. Painful. I'm extremely disappointed because these used to be my favorite summer shoe.Almost a year later I'm editing to add that these are the absolute worst. I've tried everything from moisturizing the leather to wearing the shoes around my house with socks. The leather is SO HARD and cuts up and makes my big toes bleed terribly. DO NOT BUY THESE. I'd also like to note that I bought a 1/2 size up and adjusted the shoelaces. I would give them zero stars but Amazon doesn't let me. You've been warned.
Don't think will be able to wear this shoe after one season's use.First the shoe is very poor quality; paper thin leather bonded to fabric.Got an awful lesion on the foot from stitching on the front of the shoe. Covered it with moleskin which solved that problem.Cork at the back heel is crumbling on both shoes.The foot bed is peeling away from the cork at the arch.The shoes, after 2 months wear, look like they're years old and not in a good way.They are fairly comfortable.For the price would look elsewhere.
Best shoes I ever found for my feet. They fit my feet like gloves. They also look great for a sandal, very polished and dressy enough to wear to a party. They cover my feet well. I bought three pairs in different colors. Will buy another one in white. These will probably last me for ten years. I had worn Worishofer before until they disintegrated which took many years b/c I would buy several pairs at the same time and alternate wearing them.
The shoe was slightly short,but the problem for me was the heel a little to high for my comfort. My sister has this shoe as well as her daughter and they love the shoes so much. Wonderful quality, comfort , and price for this shoe. I really hoped they would be great for me. Thank you Sharron Coulter
