Edit: After wearing through winter weather and rain I can say these are definitely waterproof all day. I added a $15 Dr Sholls insert for arch support and now they're plenty comfortable on 14 hour days up and down the truck ramp all day. I don't know how long they'll last but I'll be getting another pair.Warm. Not as comfortable as I'd hoped. I can wear them all day if I have to. But usually I changed out of them when I can. They are well built except the heal. For some reason the back of the heal is very thin. Doesn't bother me, but if you really need protection, these are not the boots for you.

Good comfortable fit. Sole seems soft cause I can feel things I step on. I hope that means they will flex and not separate. I have worn them two days now and based on that I would recommend them.
