Great

This works great for my daughter's dance performances and practices. Keeps her from slipping all over the place.

Fit perfectly

I wear a women's 10 shoe, but have a very wide foot that can make it difficult for shoes to fit. I got these in an XL, and they fit perfectly! They are comfortable on my foot - snug but not too tight. They move well with my feet and I like them much more than a full shoe. The little pad on these give a little cushion to the ball of the foot, which isn't all that noticeable until I jump. This makes the landing more comfortable for my foot. The pads have enough grip so I don't go flying on my hardwood floors, but are slick enough that I can still spin on them without effort. A nice addition to my dance accessories!

great for exercise

I wear size 7.5 US shoes and bought a Large Narrow (they appear only to come in narrow). They fit perfectly, no slipping or pinching. I wore them around for a while and did not notice any sliding around or indenting on my skin. I got them in particular to provide more support for my toes and foot tendons when exercising barefoot (aerobics rather than ballet/barre) and they work well for that. They feel just a little bulky under the balls of my feet, but not excessively so - they're only marginally thicker than the same section of my ballet slippers. It's just more noticeable without the heel. But for lightweight support, these are great.

Uncomfortable

They squeezed my toes so so bad. When I took them off, my feet were so much hurting.

Comfortable, fits well, and is a great price!

My daughter wears a size 3.5 - 4 shoe. I ordered the size Small, according to the size chart, and they fit great! She says they are comfortable - stretchy enough to put on and then snug enough to stay on. She has worn them for her dance classes and loves them. I was honestly not expecting these to be very good, since they were so cheap. But, I am pleasantly surprised. No complaints or cons for us! These are great!

These run really small, but work well

These work great! I tried them out for a yoga practice on my carpet and they had really good hold when I put my weight on them. I could do a single rotation spin - but since I am going to be using them for belly dancing and yoga, a single spin on carpet is fine with me.I used them on my laminate kitchen floor - anyone who actually knows how to spin in dance is going to love these. My untrained self did two rotations. The padding was also really nice on the balls of my feet, it certainly gave good cushion. The only "issue" is that I have size 5.5-6 feet and got the medium - which is what the chart said - and these are TIGHT. Especially around the big toe. It's not cutting of circulation and they are still usable. I just know that they are there and if I do a long practice I may need to put a bandaid or add some cushion.Since I'm not a professional fitter/dancer I don't know exactly how tight these should be, but it might be worth going up a size for comfort.
