Received a dirty / used pair of boots

I was sent a pair of used boots. The toes are already scuffed, the soles are covered in dirt and the boots themselves are dirty. I expected way more for a $179 pair of boots. They also run small. I ordered a half size larger than normal and they still fit snug. Very disappointed, I will be returning them and buying a pair of new boots from somewhere else. The boots themself seem like decent quality and are cute, they would have been nice if I received them in new condition

This such a nice sexy boot!

so these are not only functional with the sold build and protection for toes and feet, they're also waterproof and they are really pretty! I love the tan color and the top has a kind of gold shimmery color that I personally LOVE. It's just a nice boot compared to a men's more rustic boot, where you can show a little style while being safe out there. They are new, so the cushion isn't immediately what I thought it would be, but not bad at all. I like to work the boot in a little so it starts to shape to my foot. I'm in the USA, I wear size 9, I ordered a 9.5 in case I wanted to wear a thicker sock. Turns out that was a good idea because it's a near perfect fit. I would size up a half size and you're good!
