Best steel toes on the market
Love this shoe. Light and easy to travel with. Chic and not clunky or chunky at all. These are by far the best work boots I’ve worn.The show tends to run small, I recommend going up a 1/2 size and if you have even slightly wide feet sizing up to wide. There isn’t a ton of cushioning, I will probably get an insole to make it more comfortable. I’ve travelled with them for 3 months and they are holding up well!They look beautiful and I will definitely buy from Xena for any other steel toes!

Small and narrow
I like the way they looks but the Run small and very narrow even the widest are narrow. When I ware them my little toe hits right against the toe cap. So I dont wear then. Unfortunately

FINALLY!!! Comfortable Work Boots for Women!
My new Valence work boots arrived last week and I am beyond impressed! I have a fairly narrow foot and tromping around in clunky, wide unisex steel-toe boots drives me absolutely crazy. I thought I would give these a try, hoping they would solve the problem. They did, and then some! The fit is perfect! They are comfortable, light on my feet, and breathable enough that I can wear them all day without feeling too hot. I’ve had to jog across a few field sites in them and, I kid you not, no chaffing. I pretty much regard this as a miracle for work boots. Top marks for style as well! I love the beautiful chestnut color and appreciate that I can maintain my fashion sense on the job. Kudos to Xena for the cool packaging as well. I saved the bags they came in to cover them when I pack them in my work bag. Looking forward to seeing what this company comes up with next; the world needs more work gear for women!!

Really Wanted To Love…
I REALLY wanted to love these boots, like REALLY wanted to. The fact that they are designed for women, by women, are vegan and are stylish, says a lot. However, after working a shift in these boots (I work in a kitchen as a line cook), I cannot wear them again to work. These are NOT oil/slip resistant on all floor surfaces. They may be oil/slip resistant in some kitchen floors, but not the ones I currently work on. With that being said, I am definitely keeping the boots because you can tell they are durable, well made, comfy and cute. To anyone else who purchases: just be careful that they might be the safest option for your work floors!

Stylish black boot
I am a euro size 39 and I got a US 8.5 for this boot because the front of my feet is quite wide, and I did the right choice. It is so light to wear. I am surprised that it is quite comfortable to wear even thought the insole is quite thin. For the First week it was quite tough on the feet but after that it smooth like a butter. I am gonna buy it again if I need another pair.
