These boots nail it. Super comfortable for all-day wear, solid looks, and a tough upper that feels built to last. My feet and toes feel well protected, and overall they’re great value for money.One callout: the toe box runs a bit snug, and you’ll notice it more when your feet swell at the end of the day.Bottom line — go for it.
I do a lot of hiking every year. I have worn hiking shoes to hiking boots to combat boots. Anything from Merrell, to Columbia, Oakley and Redhead. This is my second pair of Xpetis. Incredibly comfortable, fit is perfect. I have yet to put them through some serious paces, but so far so good.
Here is my initial thoughts on these boots from a New Yorker. While I like the boots, I dont think they will last long for me given I'm already seeing the sole starting to waste away after a little over a month of daily use.I commute to work 5 days out the week and run errands on the weekend. So these boots experience the subway and typically busted new york sidewalks. I believe them to be comfortable when walking but standing for a long period of time might bother the side of your foot if your have wide feet like myself.I dont like the laces it comes with as they loosen as you walk over time so I've used iron laces to correct that problem.It has rained for the last 3 days and so far it kept my feet dry even in big puddles so that a plus.For the price, the boots are not bad and the condition of the soles may vary on your daily activities. I have heard similar stories of the sole wearing quick on even more expensive boots similar to these so take that for what you will.So TLDR; boots comfy unless standing and have wide feet. Laces are too long and loosen in time (Replace them). Soles are not built for NYC streets.Will i buy these again? Yes because if I bought 2 pairs in one year it would still be cheaper than brands that are in 200 dollar range with probable same sole wasting.If i remember to do so ill follow up at 6 months to see if they make it that far.
These boots exceeded expectations at a fraction of the price of other brands.
I had heard lots of pros & cons about XPETI boots from other security officers like myself. I am required to do a lot of walking through some pretty rough terrain and heavy vegetation, wet & dry & mucky as part of my job. These Xpeti tactical boots are very comfortable, lined, and waterproof to the best of my experience (I've worn them through complete downpours and my feet stayed dry)! I'm 68 years old so staying stable on my feet in uneven terrain is challenging at best so I have to have very supportive footwear. These boots DO THEIR JOB! The materials that they're made of is very strong yet comfortable and protective. I wear them almost every night. I admit I did put my own high grade insole in my pair due to health conditions with my feet and arch support. However, other than that they are some of the best tactical boots I have ever worn and in just a few weeks I've put them through a lot of rain, thigh high weeds and other vegetation, muck, vines, rocks, sand, gravel, woods, downed trees, wire and a lot of other mess! They clean up good too! Best Takeaways: they are stable and highly durable and they keep your feet warm and dry! I will buy another pair when the need arises!
Lightweight comfortable and waterproof but be prepared to glue bottom back on had to the third day
These are comfortable, great shoes that keep my toes safe and feet dry in snowy and raining conditions. I bought the previous design and it lasted over 8 months of heavy use, but had issue where the guard bent and made them uncomfortable as well as heal separation. I then bought these, pictures in background, and no toe issue and heal separation is starting, so I bought a new pair. May sound bad that only lasts a season or two, but for price and how much heavy use I put them under, I think they're amazing. So amazing bought same pair, trusting they'll be awesome!Side note, I tried another brand and such a disappointment, so for this price range, Xpeti is they way to go IMO
