These are similar to my Merrell Vapor Glove 6 nubuck. I have to say though that construction and design are superior. Not sure if it's real nubuck though... almost seems synthetic. These shoes have plenty of room and are comfy right out of the box. For the money, well worth the price. Would definitely recommend them!
These are great shoes. They feel good and look sharp. And they tuck into the suitcase and don't take up a lot of room. My only complaint is that the color on the leather of the upper hasn't remained uniform now that I've worn them in the rain a couple of times. There is zero arch support, and you can feel the texture on the road because of the thickness of the sole, but that's the whole point of these "barefoot" shoes anyway. I especially like the knobby texture on the soles which grab the bike pedals really well.
Comfy material and I did like the zero drop barefoot feel. However, the toe box was alarmingly small and had to return them.
True to size and function plus it looks cool. As a near-codger steady walking and maneuvering around is not a given. The barefoot feature here plants your foot and lets the toes splay a bit to help me keep on an even keel when out walking around without thinking about it. That is a big deal.
Very comfortable, barefoot shoe. Good tread. True to size, flexible, excellent ground feel. Good traction if wearing out doors. Price is excellent. Haven’t used long enough to check durability, but didn’t fall apart immediately. I’ll probably get another if the durability is decent enough.
Just as advertised! This shoes look good quality right out of the box and the most important is that they meet the expectations. Great minimalist shoes for everyday used.
