A high-quality work boot that is built to last.
The Xtratuf Men's 12 in Legacy Boot is a work boot that truly lives up to its reputation. With its signature triple dipping technique, this boot is 100% waterproof and highly resistant to a variety of organic and inorganic acids, chemicals and contaminants. The latex neoprene material is softer and lighter than ordinary rubber, making it more comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The cushioned insoles with arch support help fight fatigue and stress on the legs and back, which is particularly important for those who spend long hours on their feet. Additionally, the non-marking slip-resisting Chevron outsole with defined heel provides unparalleled traction in the most extreme conditions, making these boots perfect for anyone working in wet or slippery environments.Another great feature of these boots is that they meet ASTM F2892-18 standards for resisting electrical hazards, making them appropriate for work environments that require certification. This level of protection provides peace of mind to workers who are exposed to electrical hazards on a regular basis.Overall, the Xtratuf Men's 12 in Legacy Boot is a high-quality work boot that is built to last. Its combination of waterproofing, slip resistance, and electrical hazard protection make it an excellent choice for anyone who needs reliable and durable footwear for their job. So, whether you're a fisherman, construction worker, or anyone in between, pick up a pair of these dependable work boots by XTRATUF today and experience the difference for yourself.

no longer USA made
So far, so good. I know these are good boots but they do have a slim heel and smaller calf. That is good for me. The insoles are basic but I find them very comfortable. They aren't very heavy and they are pretty damn stable when you get a proper fit. I got lucky. These fit my foot so good and there was no need to customize the foot bed. If you need foot beds try something like "superfeet" or similar. They really help. No longer made is the USA and the SEAMS are slightly different from the USA models but this hasn't been an issue thus far. I will report again after my halibut and salmon fishing trip in Alaska this July. I currently fish out of the Channel Islands near Ventura, Ca. and the boot is nice. I am 6'3'' / 215 lbs. Lets see how they hold up...ATTN**** I tried many XTRATUF boots on in person at MARINE WEST. I found ( FOR SURE ) that XTRATUF boots fit very different... model to model.... So I wear usually 10 1/2 to 11 . These suckers fit me in a 9 ...BUT other XTRATUF models in the same size would not fit in a size 9 and the 11 was better. There are no 1/2 sizes. If you have a wide foot...get the model that is specific to wide feet .

Great boots. 1 year and going strong.
I've had these about a year now and they've held up nicely. No issues. I work in fisheries and wear them often from April through October. They don't slip on boat decks.I got the men's instead of the women's because reviews said the women's were poor quality and tore and fell apart in a few months. Hopefully this will help others. Most of the men's reviews were positive. Also, on the brand website, you can read that the women's are made with thinner material. I'm disappointed that the brand would make the women's version of the "same" boot inferior in quality and charge the same price for it. 37 years old and have yet to find a quality women's rainboot for work.

so far so good *update, UPDATE 3, UPDATE 4
first off they're not insulated but that's a good thing:. if you're working and your feet sweat that means wet feet and game over. I work in temperatures between 35 and 40 which means your feet are going to get cold but not wet."made in China"is clearly stamped on the bottom of these boots but so far no leakage. these boots are a lot lighter than my old commanders which makes them a lot more comfortable. they are tight at the top to protect against splash but fortunately I have skinny calves. I'll update. Aug 5 - no leaks - holding up very well. May 3 2022, still just as good as when i took them out of the box, works well with Dr Scholls. No leaks, Aug 2022. Oct 2023: well they've just about had it. there's a very slight leak around the seam on the toes but after two and a half years I think that's pretty darn good.

Legendary for a reason
When I was a kid I worked up in Alaska where I got introduced to these, for many years haven’t needed a pair until a recent move to wetter climate required it. Build quality is awesome and the fit and feel just like I remember. I’d pay more If they were made in the USA, come on xtratuff!
