Great boots!
Worked very well for us on a visit to Southeast Alaska. It was chilly and rained a good portion of the time (in July!). We were mostly on a 50 ' sailboat with some shore excursions. These boots kept us dry and warm both on deck and on shore. Highly recommended. They call them Alaskan tennis shoes.

So far so good. Great Alaska boot!
I've only had these about 2 months or so.In that time, I've worn these boots halibut fishing, working on my tractor, digging holes in the mud and dirt, and even taken a few short hikes in the rain through muskegs. These boots are amazing so far. No problems. No leaking. Super comfortable and durable.Oh, and during halibut fishing, the deck of the boat got VERY slippery with fish slime and seawater. I had NO problems with traction with these boots. That non-slip surface really works well.I haven't tried them in snow and ice yet, but should be able to in another couple of months when it starts snowing.

Durable, all day comfortable.
The go-to workwear for Bearing Sea crab men. This is the boot that will keep your feet warm and dry all day, for many years. Mine finally gave up after 30 years. I am actually attached to them so they remain in my closet instead of the dump. Maybe like the American flag I should burn them with respect while saluting their service. For me, the tip for comfort and support it to buy the insulated boot. Even if you are not in freezing weather. Get your size. Go up if you’re between sizes. Now pull some Healy Hanson rain gear over it and you’re ready for the Deadliest Catch.

Very supple and warm
It didn't take long in AK to see what the locals were wearing. Being in MI, these were my next rubber boot purchase. I want a boot that's supple and warm. I'm sick of neoprene. These were snug the first few times pulling them on, but not now. They are toasty warm in single digit temps. Not so much if you aren't moving, but even a few steps will warm your feet back up.I'm critical on warm boots since my feet are constantly cold. These are a perfect camp or chore boot. The traction on slippery surfaces is also a bonus.Con, the right boot has a squeak. It's bad.

Seriously Best Boot, PERIOD
I grew up in Alaska. Moved away for other things but I go back to Alaska for fishing and these are the boots I knew from when I was there and these are the boots I know to wear when I am back. Tough, comfortable - you can wear them all day long (on the boat, on the shore, walking to town after fishing) - and seemingly the only boot one sees on Alaskans anywhere there might be water. There is a reason for that, these are the best you can get and do.
