YES! They are comfy and stylish straight outta the box
These mules have dramatically exceeded my expectations in terms of style, comfort, and quality. The brown color is the perfect mid-toned neutral shade and the color goes with everything in my closet. The kitten heel is just under 3" so these do give a nice amount of lift. The heel is narrow so if you aren't a heels girl, be prepared for a bit of teetering. However, I think I could run a couple miles in heels if needed, so I love a narrow, feminine style of heel like this one.Straight out of the box, these shoes are comfortable. The foot bed is padded to provide added comfort and the shoe isn't binding. However, it does stay put. I usually avoid mules because I hate that shoe-sliding-off-your-foot feeling but these have enough substance around the top and sides of the foot for the material to grip without binding. The white contrast stitching is also a fun little detail that typically I'd dislike on a neutral shoe but somehow, on this style, it works to accentuate the curve of the mules around the top of my footbed. These heels help lengthen the leg line when worn with skirts but they look awesome with jeans and slacks as well.I am a size 5.5 always. These weren't available in my size so I ordered the 6. I was concerned that if I sized down to a 5, the back of my heel would hang off the back of the shoe a tad. I'm glad I went with the 6 but if these stretch out over time, they may end up slightly large on me. My daughter wears a 6 and she's already claimed them if they do stretch, LOL. These shoes exude simple, understated elegance at such an attractive price point. Granted, they aren't leather and typically that's a deal breaker for me. But I'm loving these mules as part of my summer wardrobe.

Fashionable but not very sturdy
These shoes are pretty and fashionable but not very sturdy. The material is not supportive, especially for walking. The shoes also run small and are not very comfortable.I really love the look but the quality is kind of Payless.

Beautiful shoes, classy and great color.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are very pretty, look super classy, and are comfortable so far. There's definitely a slight cushion to the sole, which I love. The color is great and the stitching is mostly even.The reason I gave this a four star is because of the piece of material that goes from the heel almost to the toe. It's not cut correctly and sticks out in the gap on the inside especially. I feel at this price point, a little more attention to detail is warranted. Other than that, these are great sandals.
