I was afraid, based on price, they would look cheap or be uncomfortable. They look great, there is no odor of any kind (although clearly they are synthetic) and they are unbelievably comfortable. I got them for a work offsite and wore them walking around the airport and all day walking around the conference center and they were comfortable all day - and I have feet that hurt in the wrong shoes.
