The prev. reviews mostly said how they ran a size small. I took a chance and ordered my regular size 8 which runs 7.5/8, it was slightly snug with socks, but will work fine for me as it made my feet feel secure, not tight. I can not stress how comfortable and stable feeling these are! If your regular size is snug or you like more room, I would size up too.

They’re super comfortable and the heel is really stable. Definitely size up. I usually wear 8-8.5 but 9 fit perfectly. The suede has decent grip.
I wore them to dance practice one time (approx 2.5 hours) and my feet were hurting. They fit fine but, there is no insole in the shoes to support your feet. It was like dance barefoot.
