Did not include a picture because they look just like the advertisement. Sandals are in good condition, they are true to size, very well made. The soles have some cushion but I need more so I will add some soles myself. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase.
The gladiator shoes fit Great, felt comfortable and went awesome with my costume.
They look great, but the width is a bit too narrow, and the length is 1/8 inch too short, causing the toe post to be kind of tight. The gold pieces on the windings bite into the little toes. The shaft is a bit loose, as it can't be adjusted. However, they do look extremely nice, and seem well-made. And as far as their intended purpose, they work great.
These are GORGEOUS! High quality made and very comfortable. Would not recommend if you have wide calves. But slender it average calves will fit well.I ordered the black ones with gold tone. Can be easily worn with a skirt, shorts, etc. Very happy with purchase!
Wore it for about a good year until a section of the shock cord frayed and snapped. There are many sections of the shock cord that slips through the metal tubes and they aren't exactly polished at the edges so with daily wear, the shock cord will chafe and rub against the metal causing eventual failure. Since the shock cords are built into a sandals itself, they aren't replaceable.Just something to be aware of. Because of this unavoidable feature, it's just a matter of when, not if, they break on you without the ability to replace the cords. But they sure looked super sexy while they lasted.
They are adorable. But that is all. I returned them immediately because of the poor quality materials/craftsmanship. I put up pics of both where the fake leather was either pre-scuffed or just a factory 2nd and worse where a sharp metal shard was popping off the heel...They are way to big in the foot. I wear anything from a 8.5 to a 9.5 & due to width can go bigger but not in these. Very uncomfortable and no support. My feet were swimming and they are a tripping hazard. I'm honestly a bit bitter because they are so darned cute! If you don't intend on wearing these very often ... and are super careful walking in em... ... and can throw $ at a shoe you will rarely wear I say go for it. & I know it sounds like sarcasm but it isn't cuz again they are super cute... for me personally I need sandals that are both cute and Functional.
