Wow!! Finally a ballroom shoe that doesn't squeeze my small duck feet, toes or hammerhead. The straps have just the right amount of length, plus a small amount of elastic (not to take away the beauty of these heels).. I will only buy dance shoes with sweat absorption suede "insole and lining" which these have. Nothing is rubbing on my ankle bones. My typical 1.5" block heel dance shoe is 6.5W. Amazon's suggested: 7, it's a spot on fit with wiggle room comfort. I typically also look for toe box width adjustments, but there is no need, these heels are a nicely designed. Glad I read the reviews, I can store away my enclosed professional dancing sneakers for these on a ballroom dance for Partner Dancing.

I use these for ballroom dancing. Fit was perfect , size 11, wide enough with enough support. Fits my swollen left ankle also. I recommend. Good heel size for my painful knee. I have a hard time finding good fitting dance shoes. I recommend. The look nice, I added a strip of rhinestone self adhesive tape to make them glam.
