True to size. They are comfortable. Used for competitive cheer. Well with the money. I returned a cheap paid and bought these instead and I’m glad I did. Very durable and the quality seems very well made. The style is a bonus.
I return the shoes because they didn't fit on May 16 and I still haven't received my refund. If you thinking about buying from them don't you want get your money back.
My daughter has so many issues with her “flat” arch and weaker muscles on one side of her ankle. I have inserts in her Rebel shoes which worked wonders, but wanted to try something a bit less in cost and hope for good results. These did the trick! She wears them for her 2-hour practices without any pain and no inserts!
