Gets the job done
I would say that these cleats get the job done. Are they as good as some of the expensive name brand ones? No, they’re honestly not in terms of quality. But let’s be real…most kids will be just fine with any cleat that works and these are perfectly functional. I ordered these for my son as a backup pair to his better name brand ones. He plays lacrosse and soccer and I keep these in the car just in case so we’re never without a pair. The spikes on the bottom are long enough to do the job and provide adequate traction. His biggest complaint is in regards to comfort with these. The material is definitely stiffer than his main pair and the strap across the top is a little awkward. However, his regular cleats have traditional laces and these are a great alternative for kids who can’t tie shoes yet since untied shoes are a major disruption during practice and games! I ordered my son’s normal shoe size and I would say these fit true to size. Overall, I think these cleats are perfectly fine. They’ve held up ok through light use and I think for the rate at which kids’ feet grow they will be durable enough last. If you need some inexpensive cleats, these are a decent option!
