Interesting shoes with a lot of bounce. Jury is still out 🤔
I ordered these because I was intrigued by the word “cloud” and was curious if these would be super comfy.A little background: I work on my feet a lot, and from the ignorance of my youth, I used to wear a lot of heels and tall boots and that led to some damage to my feet. To keep the plantar fasciitis at bay, I NEVER walk around barefoot. When I’m at home, I slip on some not-so-attractive flip flops with thick soles that keep my foot muscles engaged and strengthened to avoid a relapse of awful pain in my heels and feet.Do I like these? Do I think they help? I’m not sure! While the soles are super thick and definitely seem to have a bounce to them (which reminds me of my favorite pair of no-longer-available “boogie board” flip flop), they also have these poky little ridges over the insoles that im not sold on. Those poky little things are really uncomfortable. I think they are meant to help give your feet grip at the beach or in a big shower, but they may not be right for other types of use.One other thing I’m not sold on is that these things are little boats! Have you ever worn a pair of ridiculous cute stuffed animal slippers that are so wide, you had to walk like a sailor? Well, these shoes have mending the same.Overall, I would rate these probably a 3.5 out of 5, and I’m rounding up because I think they may be more practical for use with water. But if you want them for everyday tasks, I would round down and not recommend them.

Fits Well, Like the Color but Jury Out on Comfort!
These fit true to size, and when I tried them on, they fit perfectly. I don’t have extra space, and my foot isn’t touching the edges at the toe or heel, which is always a good sign. The description mentions that these are super comfortable and “cloud-like,” and while they do have a bouncy, rubbery cushion, the textured balls on the sole give more of a foot-massage feel. It actually reminds me of those hard rolling foot massagers which initially are a little intense, but somehow you feel better after using them. That’s the sensation I get with these.The listing notes that these can be worn in the bathroom or as pool slides, and I can definitely see the benefit. The spacing between the raised balls allows water to drain easily, which should help them dry quickly and hold up better in wet environments. Walking in them may take a bit of getting used to, though. That massaging, firmer pressure isn’t immediately “soft comfortable,” but it’s the kind of feel that may be beneficial over time.I plan to continue wearing them and will update this review if my opinion changes or if I have additional feedback. Think twice about purchasing these.
I got these for my sister, hoping they would be comfortable and she could use them. Well, three different people tried them and all said, "Nobody would wear these". They hurt the feet, they squash the toes and the balls on the bottom are hard and uncomfortable. Think twice about getting these as I suspect most people would just return them.
